1. For record-keeping purposes, you will be asked for your name, telephone number, or email address when making an (online) appointment.

2. Prior to the first massage, I will conduct a brief intake. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the (medical) information provided during this conversation. Based on this, the massage can be performed in a responsible and safe manner.

3. In the event of changes in the client's (medical) situation, he/she is personally responsible for informing me.

4. All information you provide to me during the intake interview and the massages will be treated confidentially. This information will not be disclosed to third parties.

5. At Nuna’s Traditional Thai Massage, no medical diagnosis is made. In case of doubt, I may refrain from performing a massage and refer you to your GP or a specialist.

6. Massage is not permitted in cases of fever, flu, or pregnancy up to 12 weeks. In the event of acute injuries, high blood pressure, or illnesses, it is advisable to seek advice from your GP before making an appointment.

7. Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments cancelled or missed within this period will be charged in full.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late is permitted, but this may be deducted from your reserved time.

8. Payment is in cash or bank card and is settled immediately after the massage.

9. In the event of the loss of gift cards and multi-session passes, the right to any remaining treatments is forfeited.

10. Gift cards and 10-session massage packages are not redeemable for cash.

11. The reproduction of session cards and/or gift cards is prohibited; the sale and issuance thereof is carried out exclusively by or through Nuna’s Traditional Thai Massage.

12. Nuna’s Traditional Thai Massage is not responsible for damage, theft, and/or loss of the customer's personal belongings.

13. Erotic massages are not part of the massages offered by Nuna’s Traditional Thai Massage. Clients who engage in such behavior will be immediately asked to leave the salon and will no longer be welcome.

14. Clothing may be removed during the massage, but underwear must remain on at all times. Undressing and dressing within the booked hour is included. If this is not sufficient for you, we ask you to book extra time. Requests to massage without underwear are not appreciated.

15. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also declare that you will not hold Nuna’s traditional Thai massage liable for any side effects and/or after-effects that may result from a massage/treatment given to you.

After a treatment, you may experience a headache and/or muscle pain for a short time; this will go away on its own. Always drink plenty of water before and after a treatment.
